When it comes to accountability and guidance, industry bodies set the standard. The same can be said for resolving disputes. Parties to a dispute often go through their industry body knowing the most appropriate neutral third party will be appointed to facilitate a resolution.Â

Acting as party representative: arbitration, adjudication and mediationÂ
Separate to our tribunal services team, we have a dedicated team of dispute resolution lawyers and surveyors who are regularly appointed directly by parties for advocacy work. As party representatives, the team advise on the most appropriate methods of common dispute resolution, whether that is bringing and defending court proceedings or through forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), such as adjudication, arbitration, expert determination and mediation.
