William is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in utilities.
He advises landowners, developers and promotors on easement and wayleave rights constraining development land. He negotiates compensation for utility assets based on loss in development value or secures diversion solutions to increase unit capacity.
William joined Gateley Hamer in 2017. He studied MSc Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester and holds a first-class honours degree in BA (Hons) History from the University of Nottingham.
