Tracy is a CIPA qualified IP Administrator working in the patent profession for over 14 years. She joined Symbiosis IP in 2023 and specialises in European patents, also covering a wide range of patent formalities in the UK, EPO, WIPO and liaising with foreign agents for foreign filings.Â
Tracy has worked with multiple patent-specific electronic case management systems, diarising deadlines and processing formalities. She has diarised and instructed examination fees throughout the world, monitored and arranged for the payment of patent renewal fees throughout the world and arranged for clients to receive their patent certificates on grant.
In addition, she has specific experience of servicing the extensive EPO portfolio of pending applications and granted patents for a large global client. She is, therefore, well versed in handling and liaising with IP departments and coordinating the formalities associated with EP patent filing, prosecution, validation and opposition cases.
