- Advising overseas clients on purchases of off-plan and new build residential property developments in London and other regions in the UK such as Manchester and Birmingham.
- Helping first-time buyers to better understand the UK conveyancing process in a way that’s easy to understand by utilising language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Attending overseas property exhibitions and answering any property-related legal questions that prospective clients may have before they proceed with signing the reservation form and paying the reservation fee to the developer at the exhibition. Subsequently, explaining the next steps, to ensure the onboarding process goes smoothly.
