Sarah primarily supports the Residential Development Unit in both immediate and strategic land acquisitions and has experience in a range of deal structures. Sarah also has experience in disposals of affordable housing to registered providers and investment portfolios to investors acting for a variety of clients.

2. Advising on the acquisition of a £14m purchase in Yorkshire involving trustees and subsequent sub-sales.
