Based in our Nottingham office, she advises local and national clients on a wide range of real estate law including property acquisitions and disposals, asset management and other types of landlord and tenant work. Ruby also has experience of assisting on corporate support and insolvency transactions.

- Acting on the acquisition and financing of a multi-tenanted commercial property in Nottingham city centre.
- Acting for an investor client on the sale of a large city centre office block.
- Assisting with the property aspects of a restructuring transaction, acting for administrators in relation to two developer companies who were mid-construction on two mixed use sites.
