Rob has spent over 19 years working in the property sector with a very strong background in property and asset management. Rob has extensive experience working on the client side of matters and brings to Gateley a solid understanding and appreciation of the needs and priorities of our client base.
In addition to leading on a major infrastructure development project since joining Gateley Hamer, Rob has been reviewing our processes and procedures, updating our approach to contract management and reviewing our governance and management information systems in order to continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Experience
- Leading the Viking CCS Pipeline DCO submission – one of the top ten Government projects identified to help reach net carbon zero by 2025.
- Acting as the client contract lead securing vacant possession of Axis Birmingham including procurement of demolition contract to enable the disposal and regeneration of a major city centre site.
- Working as a project manager and stakeholder management for the successful delivery of a £27.3m refurbishment of 125,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space in Manchester City Centre.
- Managing strategic works forecasting and budgeting. Involved in the disposal and acquisition of major land deals including sites valued at over £50m.Â
- Advising on leasing strategies, rent reviews, capital works, service charges and risk for a large mixed-use portfolio of commercial, industrial and developable land at LCR Property.
