Rachel is a director of Entrust Pension Limited, a leading independent professional trustee company which helps organisations operate their pension scheme effectively.

Rachel has overall responsibility for governance-related matters in relation to Entrust and the pension schemes to which it is appointed trustee, ensuring that relevant systems and processes satisfy relevant legal and regulatory requirements and that schemes are effectively governed. Amongst other things, this includes training the team on relevant legal, regulatory and industry developments and producing template governance documents, policies and procedures. 

Rachel also provides director input in respect of key matters relating to both Entrust as a business and the pension schemes to which it acts as trustee. Part of this role involves managing a variety of projects relating to legal and regulatory developments on a multi-scheme level. 

Prior to taking on a primary governance-related role, Rachel worked in a trustee capacity acting as trustee director of schemes with responsibility for implementing decisions made by the Board and managing the day-to-day operation of and decision-making on both ongoing and winding-up schemes and managing projects on a multi-scheme level. She also had a particular focus on dispute resolution including acting as internal dispute resolution officer and providing director oversight on Pensions Ombudsman investigations.
