How do you help clients?
I help those involved in construction projects at all levels to avoid and resolve disputes. Â
In my role as an independent Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Expert Determiner, I provide binding decisions on disputed matters, and as a Mediator I facilitate binding resolutions to be reached by agreement between the parties in dispute. Â As a dispute board member or conflict avoidance panel member I use my industry experience to identify early warning signs of potential issues and provide the necessary input to avoid or resolve disputes.
I help clients to identify potential conflicts before they arise and to manage projects in a manner that avoids disputes arising. As an Expert Witness and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I assist clients to clearly identify sums that may be due upstream and downstream in a supply chain. I have considerable experience of project reporting processes and requirements and help clients to review and critically assess the performance of a project and its likely financial outcome.
