2. Acting for a property developer on the acquisition of a former public house for development of a mixed-use scheme.
3. Acting for a property developer in the set-up of a residential development site, dealing with the drafting of the sale contracts and plot transfers and the documentation in respect of the ultimate transfer of the residual parts of the estate to the resident’s company.
4. Acting for the above property developer in the financing of the residential development site. 
5. Acting for residential property owners in connection with the granting of option agreements to property development companies.
