Experience
- Acting for a consortium of landowners on their acquisition of a serviced parcel at Mickleover, Derbyshire. The development is for 1,100 new build houses, retail space and community facilities.
- Acting for Bellway Homes on the acquisition of a site at Wigan, worth a projected gross development value of £90m.
- Acting as part of a team for a housebuilder disposing of all its sites (725 acres across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire) as part of an asset sale.
