Kirsty is a Senior Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and has more than 23 years of experience in the UK telecommunications sector.  

She has been an integral part of numerous end-to-end deployment rollouts (acquisition, design, planning and build), including 3UK, EE, Telefonica (O2) and Vodafone.

Kirsty is currently working on the Shared Rural Network programme with the wider internal and external teams, to mainstream processes and align internal and client data, ensuring smooth programme delivery.

How do you help clients? 

I help clients deliver on all aspects of activities relating to telecoms programme deployment – both at scale and pace.

I also help to ensure robust reporting and data management to ensure a high standard of data integrity.  

I establish and undertake effective client stakeholder management to ensure effective communication at all levels of projects. 

Experience

1. Programme management – aligning programme data and reporting across existing tools and systems, including database improvement requirements.
2. Process improvement – streamlining existing processes and creating new processes to drive efficiencies. 
3. Effective stakeholder engagement – internal and external, to ensure smooth programme delivery on time and to cost to client satisfaction.
