Expertise

Keelie is the Head of the Leeds Plot and Site Set Up Team. 

Keelie acts for national housebuilders in relation to the assembly of sites for residential sales whilst also supervising Infrastructure Agreements necessary to facilitate services to the clients’ sites.

Keelie has the technical expertise to deliver the site set up of a variety of schemes – from greenfield sites to complex regeneration schemes with third party landowners. 

Keelie also has experience in affordable housing transactions and sales under the Help To Buy Scheme.

Experience

1. Completing the site set up of a multi-developer site together with leading on and finalising bespoke sales documentation necessary to deliver sales.
2. Completing the set up of a complex and phased regeneration and multi-developer scheme together with leading on and finalising bespoke sales documentation necessary to deliver sales.
3. Successfully negotiating and completing an affordable housing sale within two weeks of initial instruction.
4. Completing single handedly 80 individual plot completions over the course of two working days.
