- Advising HSBC Bank Plc on its provision of facilities to Oaklands Farm Eggs Limited.
- Advising Atmosclear SA, a Swiss-based investor, on the funding arrangement for a wood pellet plant in Latvia. The transaction involved senior and mezzanine finance provided from funding from Luxembourg based bio-energy funds and complex security structures involving a number of jurisdictions.
- Acting for The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc in relation to a term loan facility for the development of residential properties.
- Advising The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc on restructuring of facilities, including the conversion of debt into equity stakes in borrower companies.
