Hannah advises corporate and trustee clients on a wide range of pensions issues and has a wide breath of experience in drafting pension scheme documentation. She advises clients on current issues such as GMP equalisation, scheme funding requirements and the Pensions Regulator’s anti-avoidance powers. 
 
Hannah is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. She is also a Trustee Associate at Entrust Pension Limited, a leading independent professional trustee company which helps organisations operate their pension schemes effectively, and an accredited professional pension trustee. Find more about this role here.

1. Providing day-to-day advice in relation to the management and governance of occupational pension schemes.
2. Drafting definitive trust deeds and rules and setting up and registering new pension schemes.
3. Advising employers on the Pensions Regulator’s anti-avoidance powers
