Debbie is a professional support lawyer in the corporate team at Gateley. Her focus is on delivering training, creating and updating precedent documents and keeping the team and its clients up to speed on legal and market practice developments.
Debbie is particularly interested in how legal technology can be used to improve transactional work, from document automation and e-signing to due diligence and post-merger integration processes.
Prior to working as a professional support lawyer, Debbie gained extensive experience as a transactional corporate lawyer, specialising in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
