How do you help clients?
I principally help find novel solutions to unusual problems.
Residential development is a consensual business as all parties have agreed to move to a common objective, but the complexities of the planning, tax, mortgage and regulatory environments and the large sums of money involved create competing risks and opportunities even in an agreed deal.
I see my role as finding a way through these obstacles as quickly and simply as possible so my clients’ objectives are achieved in their desired timescales.
In a constantly changing sector, this can only be achieved by being wholly specialist and dedicated to the world of housebuilding and at the forefront of each new development, be it a risk or an opportunity.
