Brooke Simpson

Expertise 

Brooke has been involved in residential development since 2017, when she joined Gateley as a Paralegal Apprentice. She has valuable experience acting for a wide range of national housebuilders, dealing with their plot sales. 

During this time, she has gained experience in dealing with volume sales, and working closely with each client to ensure that their targets are met. She has since built valuable relationships with clients, who have later instructed us on numerous new developments. 

Experience

1. I have been able to win repeat business from both of my main clients. 
2. I work closely with other teams within Gateley Legal to ensure deadlines are met, and the client is happy with the end result.
3. Completing a high volume of individual plot sales at the end of each month for one housebuilder client.
4. I have a clear understanding of my clients’ internal targets and appreciate what I need to take place to ensure these are met.
