Anthony is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in the consultancy area of technical due diligence, fund monitoring and project delivery. His expertise is soundly based on his extensive experience in providing consultancy services for a diverse range of projects, with client sectors spanning commercial offices, industrial, hotel and leisure, student accommodation, residential, retail and banking.
He has worked with a varied client base across the UK and Europe. He has completed comprehensive reviews and managed property developments from emergence of the initial concept to being engaged on distressed property transactions. He is also an experienced project and cost manager, employer’s agent and has acted as expert witness in civil litigation.
Anthony has gained a reputation for providing a thorough and reliable consultancy service and has developed long-term working relationships with members of transactional teams and overseas private client firms dedicated to servicing stakeholders and investment strategists.
How do you help clients?
I support clients by providing practical advice and opinions on property development transactions and by ensuring they remain fully protected. This includes helping banks and investors identify and manage risk and assisting in the decision-making process when considering lending and investing in viable developments. I also help developers with cost planning as well as the management and delivery of projects.

- Acting as development monitoring surveyor on behalf of ABC International Bank for the office to residential conversion of 35 Old Queen Street, London.
- Completing comprehensive technical due diligence on the Radisson Red Hotel and Roof Top Bar, Greenwich project, on behalf of PNB International Bank.
- Acting as Project Manager on behalf of Al Rayan Bank during the refurbishment and fit-out of the main London Branch, Hans Crescent, Knightsbridge.
- Providing cost option and procurement advice to a private client on the refurbishment of the Art Deco Safari Cinema, London.
