Experience
- Acting for the liquidators of a company that has brought claims against former directors for breach of fiduciary and other common law and statutory duties and for fraudulent trading.
- Acting for the liquidators in claims against the former directors and a Jersey-based corporate trustee for selling the Company’s property at an undervalue in breach of duty in the context of avoided tax and stamp duty.
- Acting for the trustee in bankruptcy in relation to claims for transactions at an undervalue.
- Advising clients on the creditor’s winding up petition procedure.
