Adam specialises in advising on a wide range of corporate deals, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and joint ventures. He is also a member of the Private Equity team operating out of our Birmingham office and the corporate transactions he advises on often involve a private equity investor.
Experience
- Advising Paul Campbell and the management team on their sale of a majority stake in Richborough Estates to Terra Firma, Partners Group and the Hands Family Office.
- Advising Maven Capital Partners UK LLP on its investments in Acton Banks Limited, Envitia plc and the Titan Wealth Group, along with their exits from Westfield Medical Group Limited and Prospectsoft Limited.
- Advised the sellers and management on FPE Capital's investment in, and acquisition of, Kallik Limited.
- Advising the sellers on the sale of AdviserPlus Holdings to Limerston Capital Partners LLP.
