Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in support of the NSPCC

In July 2022, 34 people from across Gateley completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in support of the NSPCC.

Split into five groups, teams battled through the sunshine and rain to climb Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent. The fastest group finished in 9 hours and 40 minutes. Those taking part have raised more than £6,000 for the NSPCC, which will help protect children and prevent abuse.
