UA92 students gain an insight into professional services

Our Manchester office welcomed students Rasoul Rasoul and Jaweriyah Ahmed from UA92 for work experience recently.

They had a busy week learning about our business and getting a better insight into the world of work, which included an introduction to Gateley, HR processes and understanding what it means to be in a professional services business. They even got to enjoy a few slices of pizza while networking with colleagues at a St. Patrick’s Day social lunch.

The students also had the opportunity to talk to colleagues from different areas of the business. This made them understand what they do and how they got into their roles, as well as pathways into our industry.

Jaweriyah said, “It’s been a great week at Gateley, and I’ve learnt a lot which has provided me with food for thought for when I graduate from UA92 next month. I’m particularly interested in exploring a career in sustainability and marketing and was pleasantly surprised to see all the areas that Gateley positively impact their communities”.
