Senior appointment for Gateley Legal’s Guildford residential development team

We have strengthened our residential development team in Guildford with the appointment of Douglas Leapman as a legal director.

Douglas joins the team from Thomson Snell & Passmore where he spent the past three years advising regional housebuilders, land promoters and landowners on a broad spectrum of development matters relating to site acquisitions. Prior to this, Douglas spent four years in the residential development department at DAC Beachcroft, where he also qualified as a solicitor.

In his new role as legal director, Douglas will support housebuilder, developer and landowner clients on acquisition and development matters, as the residential development team continues to expand its client base across the South East.
