Regional property awards shortlisting for North West residential development team

Our Manchester-based residential development team is celebrating success after being shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year category for Insider Media’s North West Residential Property Awards 2024.

Organised by regional business publication, Insider Media, the Residential Property Awards ceremony is one of the key dates within the North West property calendar and is a celebration of the region’s thriving residential sector. The Law Firm of the Year category recognises legal professionals specialising in residential property deals which have made a real impact during the last 12 months.

Louise Ilhan, partner and head of the Manchester residential development team, said: “It’s brilliant to be shortlisted for this important regional award. This success is a testament to the hard work and contributions of our team which supports many housebuilders and developers both regionally and nationally and has been involved in some key deals this year, including multi-million-pound build-to-rent schemes and strategic consortium acquisitions. We’ve got our fingers crossed for a win on the night, and we look forward to celebrating with all the worthy winners at the awards ceremony in the New Year.”

The winners of all 16 categories will be revealed at the black tie awards dinner taking place on Thursday 25 January 2024 at Manchester Central.
