Legal director boosts Manchester residential team

We have appointed Nick Molloy as legal director within our Manchester residential team to support our growth in the North West.

Nick brings a wealth of residential and property experience to the team from his previous role at Countryside Properties.

His appointment brings the Manchester residential team total to seven, and will allow the team to support the increasing number of residential schemes and developments across the North West.
