Leeds dash for the Andy's Man Club

The Abbey Dash is a 10km running, jogging, and walking event that takes place in Leeds city centre.

Abi Pawlett, Dan Brunt, Elizabeth Russell, Georgia Cowen, Scott Cooper, Helen Gregory, Jonathan Morris, Matthew Brown, Megan Mitchell, Michael Steele, Nick Attwooll, Paul Ball, Roger McCourt, and Zara Khan, all took part in the dash where funds were raised for the office’s charity, Andy’s Man Club.

The Andy Man’s Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. The charity wants to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
