Sale of WSR Recycling Limited to DM TopCo Limited

We advised the shareholders of recycling solutions company, WSR Recycling Limited, on the sale of the company to DM TopCo Limited, a UK subsidiary of Irish recycling business, PandaGreen Ltd.

WSR Recycling works with waste collection and disposal authorities on a range of waste management needs including domestic waste such as household recyclables and residual waste as well as trade waste from commercial properties. The business has been running for more than 25 years.

The Panda Group is an award-winning, 100% Irish owned family business with its origins in Beauparc, Co. Meath. The group has 280,000 customers and over 30 years of experience within the utility industry in Ireland.
