Sale of PowerPax UK to Stadium Group Plc

We have advised PowerPax UK Limited on the sale of its business and assets to Stadium Group plc.

PowerPax is a UK-based specialist value add manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of power supplies, battery chargers and LED products, while Stadium Group is a leading supplier of wireless connectivity solutions, power products, human machine interface (HMI) and electronic assemblies.

PowerPax will join Stadium Group’s power technology division Stadium Stontronics Limited, based in Reading.

The transaction was led by Reading Corporate Partner Andrew Peddie, supported by Corporate Solicitor Lisa Faragher. Input on property matters was given by London Real Estate Legal Director, Vijay Patel.
