Management buy-out of water pump manufacturer Stuart Turner

We have advised the shareholder and management team on the management buy-out of water pump manufacturer, Stuart Turner.

The investment will enable Oxfordshire-based Stuart Turner to accelerate its buy-and-build strategy, target further growth in the commercial pumps sector and support international expansion.

The team, led by Partners Simon Gill and Tom Rush, included trainee Solicitor Jack Elms (Corporate), Solicitor Alison O’Kelly (Banking & Finance), Partner Dan French (Restructuring), Solicitor Karolina Stein (Real Estate), Partner Michael Collins (Pensions), Partner Merran Sewell (Employment) and Senior Associate Martin Jahreiss (Tax).
