IPE Ventures acquisition of EMR Search & Selection Ltd

We have advised private equity investors, IPE Ventures Limited, on its acquisition of specialist marketing recruitment agency, EMR Search & Selection from Greythorn Holdings Limited, which was part of the FiveTen Group.

IPE Ventures is the private equity arm of IPE Group, which is a diverse enterprise with multinational operations. Core areas of the Group include, technology and outsourcing, finance, real estate and building products and private equity.
