Grosvenor Health and Social Care Limited have bought the entire share capital of Rainbow Services (UK) Limited, based in South Ayrshire, Scotland.
Grosvenor Health and Social Care Limited provide care and support services to people in their own home through a number of specialist businesses across the UK including Sevacare and Mayfair. Rainbow provides a broad range of care and support needs for children, young people and adults.
Our team, led by Corporate Partner Tom Rush, included Corporate Partner and Grosvenor Health Client Relationship Partner Chris Reed, corporate solicitors Ruary Smith and Jamie Gillespie, tax senior associate Martin Jahreiss and tax partner Jim Hillan.
