Euro Car Parts invest in UK heavy truck parts company

We have advised the owner/managers of Digraph Transport Supplies Ltd on an investment into Digraph by the founder of Euro Car Parts Ltd, Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia and Euro Car Parts Ltd. This investment will create a major new force in the currently fragmented UK heavy truck parts aftermarket.

Digraph is one of the leading independent suppliers into the billion-pound heavy truck and trailer parts aftermarket, with 14 branches already providing a superb service to their customers.

The investment by Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia and Euro Car Parts will help Digraph to extend its existing legendary service to all parts of the UK with wider and deeper product ranges. James Rawson, Managing Director of Digraph, will continue in his role to help Digraph realise its aim.

The team was led by Mark Rutherford, Head of our Corporate team in Nottingham and Corporate Solicitor, Liz Mills.
