Double acquisition by Inspired PLC

We have advised energy procurement specialist Inspired PLC on the simultaneous acquisitions of Energy Cost Management Ltd and SystemsLink 2000 Ltd.

ECM is a leading water and energy management services consultancy, while SystemsLink provides advanced energy management software that enables organisations to monitor and control energy usage and spend.

Our team was led by Corporate partner Paul Jefferson, supported by Corporate associate Leigh Whittaker and Banking & Finance solicitor, Patrick McCoy.

Commenting on the deal, Paul Jefferson said: “We have worked with Inspired PLC for several years now, having advised on its flotation and on numerous acquisitions since.
