Derby County deal netted for Clowes

We have advised Derbyshire property developer Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd on its high profile acquisition of Derby County Football Club and home ground at Pride Park.

Conducted very much in the public eye, the transaction was carried out in two stages and was complex and highly pressured, involving many twists and turns. The deal now brings the club and the stadium back together under one ownership umbrella. The transaction was led by Simon Taylor (Real Estate Partner) and Max Moore (Corporate Partner).
