Advising US-based Pax8 on the acquisition of Wirehive

We have advised United States-based Pax8, Inc. on its acquisition of Wirehive Limited.

Pax8 seeks to simplify and transform the way organisations buy, sell, and manage cloud solutions. Wirehive, meanwhile, provides cloud hosting and consulting services in the UK. 

The acquisition will expand Pax8’s reach into new markets across new technologies and geographies.

“The acquisition will enable both organisations to unlock new ways to automate cloud orchestration and optimisation and expand our ability to simplify cloud strategies for IT professionals,” said John Street, Chief Executive Officer at Pax8. 
 
The Gateley deal team was led by corporate partner, Nick Smith, with support from corporate associate Katherine Hornsby and corporate solicitor Jennifer Phillips. The commercial aspects of the deal were led by commerce, technology, and media partner, Sarah Reynolds with support from commerce, technology, and media associate, Katie Hall.
