Advising Titan Wealth on the acquisition of Cardale Asset Management

We have advised discretionary fund management / wealth and asset management business, Titan Wealth, on their acquisition of Cardale Asset Management.

Cardale Asset Management, based in Harrogate, is an independent investment management business with a turnover of £16m. The acquisition will further enhance Titan’s central investment proposition, as well as expand their footprint in the North-East of the UK.
