Advising the ‘Saddlers’ on majority shareholding sale

We are pleased to have advised the majority shareholders of Walsall Football Club on their recent sale of the majority shareholding to US-owned sports investment firm, Trivela Group.

The advisory team was led by Paul Cliff, partner, who was supported on the corporate side by Janai Parker along with Michael Birchall from our tax team and James Madill and Chris Cheatle from our real estate team.
