Sdiptech’s acquisition of GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd

We have advised leading Swedish listed technology group Sdiptech on its acquisition of GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd in the UK.

Established in 1993 and based in Suffolk, GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd design, manufacture and maintain transport refrigeration systems to fit any size of vehicle. Due to the increase in digitalisation and grocery e-commerce, demand for transport refrigeration solutions is growing.

Sdiptech is a listed Swedish technology group with a primary focus on infrastructure segments critical to well-functioning societies and welfare. GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd is Sdiptech's seventh UK business unit. Joining the Sdiptech group will give GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd the resources and expertise it needs to support its future growth plans.
