Advising Sdiptech on their acquisition of Temperature Electronics and TEL UK

Leading Swedish-listed technology group, Sdiptech, has acquired Temperature Electronics and TEL UK, specialists in design and manufacture of electronic airflow monitors and controls.

TEL has over 50 years of experience and has an annual turnover of £5.2m. The acquisition by Sdiptech is their tenth business in the UK and will further strengthen their presence in the UK.
