Prism Medical Healthcare's acquisition of Repose Furniture

We have advised Prism Medical Healthcare Limited on their acquisition of specialist healthcare product provider, Repose Furniture Limited (Repose).

Birmingham-based Repose design and manufacture bespoke, specialist rise and recliner chairs for use in the healthcare sector in the UK and internationally. 

Prism Medical Healthcare provide specialist equipment and services to a range of healthcare market sectors including homecare, long-term care, education and acute care. 

Since we advised on the investment into Prism Medical Healthcare by Limerston Capital in 2018, we have acted for them on several acquisitions as part of their buy-and-build strategy. This latest acquisition will further broaden Prism Medical Healthcare’s offering to their homecare and long-term care customers.
