Advising Peppermint Technology on strategic financing

We advised leading UK legal cloud software provider, Peppermint Technology Limited, on its strategic financing from Accel-KKR, a leading Silicon Valley technology-focused investment firm and further investment from its existing investors Scottish Equity Partners.

Peppermint Technology provides the full suite of legal applications, built on Microsoft Dynamics and delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and is looking to use the funding to support future growth and their go-to-market strategy.

Our team, which was led by Banking Partner Anna Mayfield, Banking Associate Megan Kirby and Corporate Senior Associate Victoria Elliott included solicitors Matthew Flint and Charlie Scott, and tax specialist Richard Clitherow.
