Advising Palatine Private Equity on BK Plus Limited investment

We have acted for Palatine Private Equity on their recent investment in and acquisition of accountancy firm, BK Plus Limited.

As part of the transaction, Gateley Executive Director and partner Mike Ward is being appointed as Chairman. Mike brings a wealth of experience in the professional services sector as well as expertise in buy-and-build strategies.
BK Plus is an accountancy firm with 10 offices and approaching 300 staff. Initially focusing on its roots in the Midlands, the firm has offices in Blackheath, Bromsgrove, Dudley, Solihull, Uttoxeter, Warwick and Wolverhampton. It has recently extended its UK footprint with offices in locations including Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Halifax, Oldham, and Stoke-on-Trent.
