Sale of Rolec Services and One Stop Europe to Sdiptech AB

We have advised the shareholders of Rolec Services Ltd and One Stop Europe Ltd on their sale to acquisitive Swedish listed technology group, Sdiptech AB.

Established in Lincolnshire in 1990, Rolec Services Ltd and One Stop Europe Ltd are specialists in the design and manufacture of charging points and systems for electronic vehicles.

Rolec have sought to capitalise on their success in designing charging systems for marinas and caravans and now occupy a strong position in the growing UK electric vehicle charging market. The UK market for electric vehicle charge points is expected to grow significantly in the coming years due to strong underlying growth in electric vehicle adoption, driving a need for charging infrastructure investments.

Sdiptech is a listed Swedish technology group with a primary focus on infrastructure segments critical to well-functioning societies and welfare. The acquisition of Rolec is their eighth UK deal.
