Sale of Celsus Group Limited to Sullivan Street Partners

We have advised the shareholders of Celsus Group Limited, which includes Medical Staffing and Locum Staffing, on their sale to a Newco, backed by Sullivan Street Partners. 

Celsus Group sources medical talent and services to both the public and private healthcare sectors including primary care providers, NHS hospitals and local authorities and is also one of the UK’s leading providers of locum GPs. Celsus Group will be one of the latest additions to Sullivan Street’s portfolio.
