We have advised specialist manufacturer, Surface Transforms Plc, on a £20m AIM fundraising.
Liverpool-based Surface Transforms, which manufactures brake discs for the automotive and aircraft industries, raised £20m by way of a placing and open offer of shares on AIM.
Over the past 18 months Surface Transforms have secured several lucrative contracts to supply parts to automotive manufacturers. This funding will enable the company to expand its manufacturing capacity and meet this increase in demand for its products.
