Advising Lander Automotive Group on their acquisition of Tricorn USA Inc

We advised Lander Automotive, a leading supplier of assembled products primarily in the automotive sector, on the acquisition of Tricorn USA Inc. (formerly known as Franklin Tubular Products Inc.) from Tricorn Group Plc (in administration).

This follows Lander’s successful acquisition of the business and assets of Tricorn (UK) Limited (in administration) last autumn, which included the businesses formerly known as MaxPower and Malvern Tubular Components.

Lander’s acquisition of Tricorn USA forms part of the Group’s ongoing diversification strategy, further enhances the Lander Group’s global manufacturing footprint and provides a strategic platform into the North American market. Tricorn USA has over 120 dedicated employees, producing a full range of industrial tubular solutions.
