Connection Capital’s Cargostore investment

Our corporate team have advised Connection Capital on their acquisition of specialist transport and storage container equipment hire company Cargostore.

Cargostore Worldwide Trading Limited (Cargostore), established in 1993,  provides specialist transport and storage container equipment for hire or sale across the globe, with its primary focus on the offshore wind, oil & gas, aid and defence markets.

Connection Capital's investment supported a secondary Management Buy Out of the company and we were delighted to have provided legal advice on this transaction.
