We are delighted to have advised Babble on their recent acquisitions of Concert (Concert Networks Limited) and 5 Rings (5 Rings Telecom Ltd and 5 Rings IT Ltd), which complement their already strong and growing business. 

Concert has grown into a highly trusted comms partner to a wide variety of businesses across Cheshire and the North-West, with this deal adding to Babble’s presence and customer base in this area.

Founded in 2007, 5 Rings has provided telecommunications solutions to SMEs. Babble’s acquisition provides further growth to Babble Comms and Babble Cyber, as well as expanding Babble’s offering into the South Coast.
