Babble's acquisition of Ultracomms

We have advised cloud solutions firm, Babble Cloud Holdings Limited, on the acquisition of Ultra Communications Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (Ultracomms).

The acquisition is the first completed following the investment by Graphite Capital, which valued the business at £90m, and continues Babble’s rapid buy-and-build strategy. The deal has doubled the size of their contact centre business, Babble Contact, which it launched in 2019.
